every one of the pokemon up to deoxys is level 100 and has maxed out stats with neutral natures
if ur interested i will trade u for pokemon from the diamond and pearl games such as rhyperior and magmortar | |

but i just got the game in the mail yesterday and the pokemon did not have maxed out stats but they were still really good just not perfect | |
