| i just traded for a garchomp over GTS and i got champion cynthia's garchomp, seriously it was lvl 66 female with dragon rush, earthquake, brick break, and giga impact as its moves (same as cynthia's)
but the weirdest thing is tht in its summary it says 'Pokemon League aparently met at Lv. 66" | |

| There is this cheat with the action replay, you can capture a trainers poke. The person probably caught her garchomp.  | |
